All vans are sited on level concert bases which are 40 feet long and 15 feet wide with a retaining wall for gardens, each pitch is twenty feet from your neighbour. Vans are staggered to give maximum view of the surrounding countryside and the grass is cut twice a week. A beech hedge as been planted for extra privacy. We have 17 vacant plots which, when sold will give a capacity on Claylands Caravan Park of 68 units. We are open on the 1st March to 4th of January. No 10 year rule on vans, Quality used Caravans are allowed to be sold with pitch at top book price. Free insurance on all new static sales for the first year.
Tariff for season 2003 is £1,096.99 plus VAT
Rates are £150.
Electric is charged at £42 fixed £40 in advance totalling to £82 plus 5% VAT
